This Website and any services that may be offered through the Website are reserved for individuals over the age of 18. The Owner will therefore not collect any personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. At the request of the Users, the Owner will promptly delete all Personal Data collected unintentionally, relating to persons under the age of 18.

The User data collected by the Owner for the purposes of possible registration on the Website includes: first name, surname, email address, and any personal information about the User that may be published with their consent. If the User continues to receive promotional messages 24 hours after withdrawing consent, they are requested to report the problem to the Owner, using the contact details set out in paragraph 8 below.
4 – Further processing purposes: profiling
With the free and optional consent of the User, their personal data (i.e. first name, surname, email address, year of birth, gender, province, profession, educational qualifications, telephone number and information relating to the services in which they have expressed an interest) may also be processed by the Owner for profiling purposes, i.e. to reconstruct the User’s tastes and consumption habits by identifying their consumer profile, in order to be able to send offers to the User that are consistent with the profile identified.

The Owner’s Partners, acting as independent data controllers, will process the User’s personal data for their own marketing purposes (direct sales, advertising and promotional communications), and may contact the User by post, e-mail, telephone (landline and/or mobile, with automated call or call communication systems with and/or without an operator) and/or SMS messages and/or MMS messages, to suggest that the User purchase products and/or services offered by the same categories of third-party companies and/or by other companies, and to suggest offers, promotions and business opportunities. Once the information has been passed on, it will be the responsibility of the Partner of the Owner to provide the Users with all the information required by art.14 of the Regulations, in accordance with art. 14 subsection 3 of the Regulations.

If consent is given by the User, it may be withdrawn at any time by making a request to the Owner in the manner set out in paragraph 8 below.
The Owner gives notice that the User’s Personal Data will be processed by the Owner’s Partners as independent data controllers, on the basis of the specific declaration that will be issued by the Owner’s Partners to the Users. Any request not to receive any further promotional communications from the Owner’s Partners, to whom data has already been communicated by the Owner, must therefore be addressed directly to them.
6 – How data is processed and how long data is stored
The Owner will process your personal data using manual and computerised tools, in a way that is strictly correlated to the purposes for doing so, and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
The personal data of the Users of the Website will only be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the main purposes set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, or in any case as long as necessary for the protection of the interests of both the Users and the Owner in a civil court case. In the case referred to in paragraphs 3 and 5 above, on the one hand, and 4, on the other hand, the personal data of Users shall be kept for such time as is strictly necessary for the purposes set out therein and, in any event, not more than twenty-four (24) months in the first case and twelve (12) in the second case.

Employees and/or contractors of the Owner who are responsible for managing the Website and the requests of the Users may become aware of the User’s personal data. These persons who have been instructed to do so by the Owner in accordance with art. 29 of the Regulations will only process the User’s data for the purposes set forth in herein and in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.
Third parties who process personal data on behalf of the Owner as “External Data Processors“, including, but not limited to, providers of IT and logistics services necessary for the operation of the Website, outsourcing or cloud computing service providers, professionals, and consultants, may also become aware of the User’s personal data.
Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by the Owner, upon request to the Owner, in the manner set out in paragraph 8 below.
